Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bigpump.cc and the Generative Engine Optimization services offered by BigPump ("BigPump", "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order or using the services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. The services
BigPump provides GEO services designed to increase how often a brand is cited, mentioned or recommended in AI-generated answers. Plans are described on the pricing section of the homepage:

All services are delivered digitally through the website, by email and in your account dashboard. Nothing is shipped physically.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and, if you act for a company, authorised to bind it.
3. Orders, payment and merchant of record
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partners acting as merchant of record (currently Dodo Payments and/or Creem); the partner is the seller of record for the transaction, appears on your statement and issues the receipt. Your order is confirmed when the payment partner confirms payment.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
The Growth plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or via the customer portal link in your receipt; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. No further charges are made after cancellation. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next renewal.
5. Your inputs and content we produce
You keep all rights to the brand names, websites and materials you give us and confirm you have the right to use them. Reports and content we produce for you become yours to use once paid for; we may reuse the underlying methods, templates and non-identifying learnings. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for compliance with the rules of any third-party platform you publish on.
6. No guarantee of results
AI engines decide what they cite. We work to improve your visibility and report the results honestly, but we do not guarantee any specific placement, mention, ranking, traffic or revenue. Audit findings are point-in-time observations and can change.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the services for anything unlawful, for deceptive or misleading content, to infringe others' rights, to spam, or to interfere with the site or other users' use of it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its design, guides, tools and software are owned by BigPump or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them except as allowed by law.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or data.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend the services for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue a plan (in which case unused prepaid fees are refunded).
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally by email; if that fails, disputes are submitted to the competent court at the operator's place of business. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights you have in your country.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
