Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BigPump ("BigPump", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit bigpump.cc or use our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services. By using the site or the services you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
BigPump is operated as a sole-proprietor business by its owner (Wen Tao), based in China. Contact for privacy matters: support@bigpump.cc.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and optional name or company when you register or request an audit.
- Order and billing information — the plan you buy, amount, currency, order number and payment status. Card details are entered on and stored by our payment processor (see section 4); BigPump never receives your full card number.
- Service inputs — the brand name, website URL, competitors and prompts you provide so we can run audits and produce content for you.
- Usage and technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, collected in standard server logs for security and to keep the service running.
- Communications — emails and support requests you send us.
3. How we use information
- To deliver the services you ordered (audits, content, reports, dashboards).
- To create and secure your account, process payments and send order confirmations, receipts and service notices.
- To respond to support requests.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to comply with legal obligations.
- To improve the site and services (aggregate, non-identifying statistics).
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Payments and merchant of record
Payments on bigpump.cc are processed by our payment partners acting as merchant of record, currently Dodo Payments and/or Creem. When you pay, your payment details are collected directly by that partner under its own privacy policy, and the partner appears as the merchant on your card statement. We receive only the information needed to fulfil your order (email, plan, amount, order status).
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate: payment processors (above), hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery, and AI model providers used to generate audit results and drafts (they receive the service inputs needed for the task, never your account password or payment details). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
6. Cookies and local storage
The site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies / local storage entries to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear them at any time in your browser; signed-in features will stop working until you sign in again.
7. Data retention
Account and order records are kept for as long as your account exists and for the period required by tax and accounting rules afterwards. Service inputs and generated reports are kept while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after, so you can re-download them, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Server logs are rotated within 90 days.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Passwords are hashed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. International transfers
We operate from China and use infrastructure and partners in other countries (including the United States and the European Union). By using the services you understand that your information may be processed in those locations.
10. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your account information, export your data, or object to certain processing by emailing support@bigpump.cc. We answer within 10 business days. Deleting your account removes your personal data except records we must keep by law.
11. Children
The services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
12. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
